Brandt Law Group also handles condominium association and homeowners’ association disputes between individual condominium unit owners or homeowners and their neighbors and/or their associations. We pursue resolution of matters where damage has been caused to our clients’ homes. This damage may stem from water, mold, poor construction, or the fraudulent misrepresentation of the condition of the house or condominium.
Commercial Real Estate Attorney Services
Brandt Law Group also handles transactional matters. We draft the governing documents for the creation and conversion of condominiums. We can also draft, negotiate, and/or review your commercial leases. We can also draft or review FSBO (“for sale by owner”) documentation for your transactions.
